Abstract

Pay-as-you-go (PAYG), pay-as-you-talk, pay and go, go-phone or prepay) is a mobile device such as a phone for which credit is purchased in advance of service. Today the use of traditional or manual system of problem solving has left an excruciating pain, struggle and downfall of many business organizations. The main aim of this study is to design and implement Pay-as-you-go call calling system. The methodology adopted was OOADM, OOADM is best applied iteratively since there is no clear process involved, but each aspect where OOADM is applied is refined as it is reused. The programming language used are SQL which is used to handle the database part, JAVA which is used for backend and XML which is used for the interface or client side. This system is tested and works well to solve the problems of the existing system. As a result of the quality of service rendered by this software it could be applied in the following areas such as Cyber cafe and any computer organization
